We are dedicated to providing a positive workout environment to all of our clients. The fitness center is now complete, and all the major equipment has arrived. We will add equipment as time progresses. We will continue to add higher weight dumbells. Also, we will be purchasing weight bars which allow heavier weights. We would like your feedback as you begin to create a healthier body. Your feedback will help determine which equipment is desired. Obviously, we may not be able to accomodate every item requested, but we will do our best. Our staff will assist you with any questions. We hope your workouts are enjoyable and productive. If you just do not know where to start, ask for help. We can link you up with a trainer or give you a basic workout plan.
